Your device is not compatible

I'm running CM7.1.0RC1 on my Point of View Mobii Tegra 10.1 tablet (Advent Vega) since the default PoV ROM was very unstable. I've used it for quite some time and I'm very happy with it.

However, as of late (actually since I updated to RC1), I can't install alot of applications from the Market because "my device is not compatible with that item".
Even games I had installed prior to the update can't be updated.

Now I'm wondering, what has changed, and how does the market determine if your device is compatible or not? And also, how can I solve this problem?

Advetn Vega = zpad?

Hi everyone.

I really need some help as I'm having a few issues with my zpad t6 with WCDMA (3g).

My main issues are GPS showing my lat and long as wrong and I'm having some problems with the 32gb sd I have. (files disappear on reboot.)

I'd love to put a stable rom on this tablet. Possibly honeycomb or ICS. Could someone direct me or help me please.

Thanks!

Nook Color: Infinite Cyanogenmod Loading Screen

Hi all!

I'm working on installing Cyanogenmod on my Nook Color, and I followed the Full Update Guide - may have gotten confused at one point, but I think I used RomManager. I did move the Cyanogenmod and Google Apps .zip files to the SD card and load from there. Also, I did tell RomManager to back up my old system to the card.

My issue now is that I'll press the power button, see the Read Forever screen, the A N D R O I D _ loading screen, and then the Cyanogenmod loading screen appears and will cycle forever with the arrow circling the droid. I've left it working on that for hours.

I'm assuming I'm going to have to re-load Cyanogenmod, but I'm not sure how to interrupt the boot process and get the opportunity.

Since I'm a first-timer with rooting and flashing, please be thorough in describing what I should do.

**Edit. Since making the thread, I've spotted the proper forum for it - I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Malata T6 Support - Zpad??

Hi everyone

This is my first post. I just ordered a Malata T6 Zpad and have it arriving soon.

What I wanted to know is whether the Advent Vega rom will support it?

The T6 uses the Harmony board (same as Vega I think) but has a 8.9 screen. I ordered the GPS and 3g version and I'd obviously like to not lose or mess up those features.

Any help or advice would be really appreciated! or any links to where I can find some malata ROMS!

Thanks!

Vega Kernel

Hi all,

This is my first post in these parts and it's suitably simple (I think).

I'm trying to compile the kernel for the Vega and wondering which one you guys are using: the version Advent provided is 2.6.32.9 and after flashing my Vega with the latest CyanogenMod it looks to be sitting on version 2.6.32.39. Is there somewhere I can download that kernel version? The cm-kernel git doesn't have the vega version on it. I'm trying to integrate some drivers and running into issues with the older Advent kernel.

Thanks for any replies,

AP out of range

Was using latest RC without any problems. I always had just one access point defined. Yesterday I added one more (in the pub), I did not succeeded so I gave up.

After return to home my original access point is now always "out of range". I tried to delete it, re-create it. Nothing helps.

It uses WEP password and it has a hidden SSID.

What is wrong? How can I delete all the profiles using ADB to "clean my table" again? I dont want to reinstall (it was running so smooth)!

Thanks

hi Guys
I am trying to get a usb ethernet adapter working with my advent vega tablet. I notice that it was added to CM has anyone tested and got this working?
I have tried to get this working with CM7 for vega but nada happens when in host mode. The dongle is identified as 0fe6x8101. It is seen as a usb networking controller but I cannot seem to get it to be assigned eth0.

Any help or advise gladly accepted.
