Hi,

I've a friend who bought a HTC Wildfire, root it with unrevoked then, stupidly, flashed a chinese froyo RUU (available here :http://shipped-roms.com/shipped/Buzz/)

Now, he is stuck with a non functional android market and hboot 0.93 and it seems there isn't any howto explaining how to downgrade the HBoot.

He also tried to root again his phone with unrevoked but it didn't work.

Do you guys have an idea how to fix his problem ? (and flash cyanogenmod btw ;))

Just in case you have still not resolved this issue.
There's a solution to this on the XDA developers forum. The thread link is:

I used this method myself and so can tell you it is 100% working fix.
