Wiped phone and sd and installed CM7,great!Everything is working perfect.

I miss CM6 features as:

Battery percentage
Add silent mode to volume keys
Trackball wake and unlock

I'm sure they'll come very soon..thanks to all CM team!!

2 & 3 should be coming soon (already on gerrit)

1 looks ugly with the new vertical battery icon

Up and running.  Looks really nice and seems to work so far.  Love the blink out effect.  It's the small things.....

Yup, you do! you just have to  turn off signature verification in recovery...

How can I change the user agent of my browser on gingerbread? I hate browsing as a mobile phone!

Good question..If I don't like CM with gingerbread and I want to come back to CM6,just restore Nandroid backup or I need to flash Froyo Hboot?
No,
I am using new HBOOT with CM6 nightly without problem.

thanks for the tip! :)

btw, I use Miren Browser (still on CM-6.1.1, don't know if it works for CM-7).. it's a good replacement for the stock browser with all the stock features PLUS smooth tabbing.. and it can change the user agent too! :D

Sure,you can!!I did..

I've just found a Power Widget bug..

If I disable it,it correctly doesn't appear. But if I reboot device It appears even if Power Widget option is disabled.

Look at this screenshot..

THanks..I know 1 is ugly so I hope CM7 would have a battery percentage iPhone style (just show #% without any icon) .It is not cool, but I need to know how much charge I available.Or CM can add an old battery icon..

God is it ever scary when you flash HBOOT from recovery and the screen turns off for a second... LOL

I was running CM7 fine on the old HBOOT though. Why is it necessary?

if it's not there already, then you'll just have to wait.. I hope they'll add it sometime in the future.. :)

oh, btw, another question, are there any apps2sd (apps2ext?) scripts that's been confirmed to work with the official CM7 nightly? :)

I noticed that following the prompts after wipe to install the gapps from the market does not allow the market to restore installed apps. If you hit cancel when that option to install gapps from the market come up the market restores the apps just fine.

Yes, here. I'm not able to make it work.

And I can't find status bar settings anywhere!

You may wanna flash the gapps for specific recoveries instead. It may resolve your issue.
