Using nightly #0 without any problems (aside of the non blinking notification light).

Love the 2.3 lock screen animation (old TV feeling) ;-)

Works nicely so far, but I have a few issues.

1) Lockscreen/Screen off animation doesn't work for me. I just don't see it. I have enabled screen on and off animations in the cyanogen settings.
2) Ondemand governor is broken. According to setcpu and powertop the system spends 40% at 600MHz when even completely idling. This doesn't happen in the 2.6.29 governor (see https://github.com/k...b77f553635131a7)
3) 3D doesn't work (2 of the 3 tests in quadrant show a black screen only)
4) Display updates are slower. Only <40fps full screen updates (using a app which can show this), compared to 60+ in CM6.1. I suspect this makes scrolling somewhat choppy or laggy.

The only thing, i've seen is the charge light is always green even when the battery is almost dead, when the screen is locked, the notification light is on solid green all the time. with or without power. other than that, its pretty sweet so far.. Thanks!

As soon as I flashed nightly cyanogen 7 to my Legend and signed into market, I received such letter in gmail.

Hello!
  I was pleasantly surprised by Gingerbread ROM, released in RomManager, now I'm even more surprised to see and based on experimental Roms CM7 that come with new things, but there are widespread problems that can not pass:
- GPS problem that does not work;
- Refresh your display is slow. Only <40fps full screen updates (using an application that can prove this), compared with 60 + in CM6.1. I suspect this is somewhat choppy or laggy scroll;
- 3D not working (two of the three tests show a black screen);
We honestly say I have not tested the build # 5, now has already reached # 7 build, I would ask you to tell us which of the following new and solve these problems?

I'm on build 8, it has come a long way already.

Only issue which lets me really consider whether maybe to switch back to cyanogenmod 6 is that Navigon does not work (force-closed). "GPS Status" seems to work though. I found a supposed fix for the HD2 ( http://forum.xda-dev...ad.php?t=901405 ), but that one is even on the HD2 broken with the newer builds. Does anyone have an idea about whether there could currently be a fix?

Ive had no issues with GPS, I am seeing the notification light on for everything in the status bar though. And Wifi Analyzer and similar apps all show the wifi to be on channel 0 and will not pick up the channels of other networks (as was seen in CM6, but not Azure, built on CM6beta)

Which build are you using, and did you try Navigon or another GPS app? For me GPS works fine in other apps, but Navigon simply crashes.

A heads-up for those looking into the newer nightlies, after flashing cm_legend_full-11.zip I cannot access the micro sd-card anymore. It simply won't mount, and therefore I can't flash anything else currently. I am trying now to find a different way to flash it.

S-OFF + fastboot flash should work. My µSD mounts just fine. Perhaps your boot parameters are corrupted (I had a similar problems once).

Thanks for the tip. As it turns out the partitions on my microSD were trashed. Not sure how this happened, as it worked before the flashing and afterwards would not mount, would not let me copy any of the contents (showed it but when copied each file was 0kb). After re-formatting it worked just fine.
I think regarding you not seeing it, there is a setting in Cyanogenmod, Display to show animations when activating.

Running cm_legend_full-13.zip now.

An unrelated problem I noticed: It is impossible for me to remove the preinstalled apps. Neither removing the .apks from /system/app with Root Explorer nor any of the steps described in http://wiki.cyanogen...title=Barebones work. Well actually they do 'work' as in they manage to delete the files in question from the system partition. After a reboot though they show up again. Tried with the ADWLauncher.apk and Email.apk, as well as all the LiveWallpaper stuff.
Any experience with that?

What is this S-OFF? I've gathered that it is the opposite of S-ON, that it has to do with SPL, but what is it? At a practical level: how does one get S-OFF?

Quick questions (not complaining!); will the CM7 include Flash Player? Or any kind of Flash support whatsover? If no; can I fix this myself?
