Build #118 has reverted wifi drivers, and i've had no reboots since installing it. Didn't need a wipe. I tried turning wifi on and off at least ten times.

Completely stable as far as I can see.

I just saw the nightly build log and was about to come and ask if anyone has tried 118, because it says they reverted to prebuilt wifi drivers, but you beat me to it. Thats awesome news! Im gonna wait until 120 comes out, with the new features, like screenshot and touch to focus.

Running 121 here, and it's pretty darn good, no reboots, and seemingly very stable.   I do have one problem with the charging and Message LED, that they don't light up EVER!   I tried changing the settings in Sound and rebooting, but nothing happens.

How do I log a bug and get this fixed before release?

I've already updated to 122. Rom is just perfect so far. I haven't experienced this LED issue at all either on 121 or 122.

Ya i havent experience the led problems either. When my phone goes low batt, the led turns orange. When i get a notification, it flashes green. Im usb charging right now, and there is no led to indicate that. Im not sure if thats suppose to happen or not, but i dont care about that.

Im not sure where your problem might even be. Do you use titanium to restore your settings and stuff ? Maybe theres a setting that keeps getting 'put' back after a flash ?

About charging LED...so everything works as usual on CM7 namely orange LED when charges (both USB and ordinary charger) until 90% then it turns off.
And of course green blinking LED together with any kind of notification.

Have you used a move2sd app to move your theme install to your sd card? If yes, try moving it back..

Hi!

How is the progress of the wifi driver on .35 kernel or any other driver for that mater?

It would be nice with a new kernel supporting accessory support and other new features.

I've seen that the HTC Hero got wifi working on there .35 kernel, and this device share the same wifi chip as our legend. Or am I wrong?

What is different in our case?

/Johan

LOL! You sir, are a clever one.

Thats what the problem was. I downloaded bionic blue and was automatically put on the sd. Even after getting the theme, the icons looked alright, but the status bar was unchanged and was still green, which goes against the blue theme. After moving back to the phone, everything looks much better and even a transparent status pull down menu. Love it.

Thanks again for that suggestion ,it def fixed my problem.

Hello', this is my first post here. I have a Legend with CM7 Nightly #123 (2 days ago version) which seems to work properly except the notification LED. If I miss a call I can get a fixed green led instead of blinking. I cannot see the menu where I can change this setting and, even if I install third parties apps (blink, light flow) the status led does not change its behaviour.
I tried also to install latest build with a clean installation but I cannot see this setting. Is there any way to fix it? Thanks

It is under the sound setting if you uncheck them and recheck them it will work

Hello,

Flashed 123 and played with GPS. Seems to be working except the device become very hot (even just running on battery) regardless of what GPS program I tried. I flashed cm7_gpsfix and now it is getting warm. :) I am wandering what is it in "stock" GPS code, that makes the device "burn"?

Everything else seems to be fine.

LED is not working here, it was broken in 7.02 also, there is a conflict between the "Quiet Hours" setting and how the notification LED's work (even outside of Quiet Hours).

Charging, no Orange or Green LED (No LED at all).

I was using #127 but I had to revert back to 7.0.3 stable. If I leave the phone with the screen off for a few minutes I don't receive C2DM notifications anymore (gmail push, gtalk messages, whatsapp messages etc.), when connected to wifi/3G. With 7.0.3 stable I have the same issue only with wifi. Anyone is experiencing the same?

Everything run fine on the rom since a long time. The only problem I have is that since a couple of nightlies, the vibration doesn't not function for the notification. It will work in game or on the keyboard if haptic feedback is enable, but for calls, sms, etc. it does nothing and it is activated in the option.

The last weeks I used cm7.1.0-RC1 and everything worked perfectly with about 160 user apps moved to the SD card (/sdcard/.android_secure).
Then I wanted update the system. When upgrading cm7.1.0-RC1 to Nightly #148, #149 or #150, I had bigger problems.
A few seconds after ADWLauncher was started the system fell into the cyan wave, started again and fell back in the cyan-wave or was caught in this.
After formating the data partition and restore the programs step by step, I believe that the current Nightly Builds have a problem with too many user programs on the SD card (more than about 110 or 120 programs - exactly I had not checked). Can anyone confirm this?

The solution of the problem was simple. I created a partition with the ROM-Manager and moved with S2E (simple2ext - https://market.andro...e=search_result) applications and dalvic cache to this partition (/data to /sd-ext) . Then was everything perfectly. - My Legend is working smoother than ever and boot faster - with currently #151.

Currently 167 user apps installed.

On cm7.1.0-RC1 I only have problems with wireless, if the signal breaks off, then I have also reboots. Otherwise, wireless works fine for me since Nightly #76.
And my update problem has nothing to do with wireless.

Edit:
Since the new installation with Nightly #151 (for 2 days) I had no wireless problems (no reboots).
Except for the known channel problem.
