Has anyone else had an issue with data transfer from PC to N1 by USB? I'm copying over some data now, 16.7MB and I'm looking at a 6 minute wait?

Copying a few hundred megs gave me a 5 hour ETA?

I rebooted the phone and still have the same problem. This is the only persistent issue I have observed yet.

I'm now looking at an hour wait to copy 173MB to the SD...

I moved 4.5 gigs onto the sd card today and it estimated "1 hour" to transfer the files.  I haven't moved that many files in a long time so I can't say if that's normal or not.  Seeing as it's taking you the same amount of time to move 173 megs there might be something not working properly.

Just tried again with 16.7Mb and still had a 6 minute file transfer time. I disabled USB debugging. I killed GPS & Wifi, all widgets, and every running app except the Android services for messaging and keyboard. Same issue. I've disabled SetCPU and ensured the equivalant isn't active in the CM settings. Will reboot and see how it fairs after that...

4 minutes after reboot. 106 items (16.7MB)... Hrm.

I'm using the nightly #46, and while it did seem slower, it still took less than 2 minutes to transfer 85mb.

I thought it was just me then. I have had the same issues with tranfers taking ages also.

I thought it may have been a duff card but it worked at full speed in my card reader, wiped the card anyway. Still the same.

Oh well...

Odd. I transfered 250+MB in under 2 min.

I have the same issue with slow transfers (~1MB/s) when using the Android USB mounting stuff, but if I use the Multi-Mount SD Card widget I get ~4MB/s.

Seems pretty clear that the issue is not the phone or hardware, it's something going on with the USB mounting via Android (my gut tells me there's some kind of "sync after every write" type activity happening, but I haven't looked hard to see if that's true or not).

Same story here on USB performance.  I'm running CM7-02232011-NIGHTLY-N1 so it doesn't look like it's been addressed yet.

Same here, I'm getting Class 2 speeds when I use USB Mount.  Right now, I'm resorting to taking the card out and using a card reader.

I'm having the same problem. Transfer a file through the phone and I'm lucky to get 150KB/per second. I've been using a card reader to transfer music.

Yep same here, I transferred my whole SD card contents back to my sd card on my N1 after installing DTASD and my speed was painfully slow, around 200kb/s or less. Took a few hours to transfer all that data, around 4.5 gigs.
