Have a Nexus One running latest stable.
About once or twice a day, my phone reboots without warning. It seems to happen much more often when the hardware is under load. It's particularly bad during multitasking (e.g., driving to work with a podcast and Trapster running, or listening to music and reading a book, or serving up a mobile hotspot) but sometimes the phone is just sitting on a tabletop with the screen off and it will vibrate and reboot with no explanation. I haven't been able to duplicate the exact conditions and it's generally pretty random.
Is there anything I should do to get debugging info after the phone comes back up?

Do you have your phone overclocked?

This is a fairly common problem if you search the forums. A solution that has worked for some is to do a factory wipe (from recovery, not from ROM manager) and then reinstall everything.
I have the same issue and the above solution does not work for me. Its just an annoyance that I deal w/.

I would include a format of system partition if you are going to do a full wipe.

Gingerbread up to the version 2.3.2 (CM7 RC1, is build on) has this confirmed problem. It was mentioned several times on web. Example: Google admits that he likes Nexus S reboots

Nope. For one I don't have rebooting issues.

Not sure if this helps. I figured out it was not a problem with CM7. The problem I was having with my nexus one rebooting was caused by my sim card (it’s less than a year old) CM6 did not see any errors with the card. In CM7 I could be using the phone and it would cut off and go to my sim unlock code, or the phone would reboot altogether. I picked up a new sim card and I haven't had the problem since. Just to be clear....The sim card was my problem not the micro SD card!
Hope this helps

I was just reading on XDA and heard someone reference that the CPU restarts when its not getting enough voltage.
I installed WildMonks kernel to see if this changes anything, so far I haven't seen it reboot...
