Sorry i couldn't find a reply here.

Can you tell me if it's worth updating to Cyanogen update-cm-6.1.1-N1-signed.zip  ?

I have 6.0 now, and a Nexus one.

And do you think that the 7.0 stable will be available soon ? So better wait 7.0 ?

No clue on a stable release of 7.0, although many people have been using it without issue (I've been using it for almost 2 months).
