CPU info:ARM v7?

i i think that my N1 is using Qualcommn CPU,but why in the cpu info says that my phone is using ARM v7?is there anyone have ideas about it？

ARM is the processor technology, and qualcomm is the brand. Kinda like AMD and Intel are both x86-based processors but are two different brands.
