Nope. Was just about to post my own thread, here's my pastebin link:

http://cyanogenmod.p...in.com/aawUWza0

Will try a "fix uid mismatches" see if that helps.

Full wipe before flashing, tried flashing over 5.0.8 and had missing google stuff, couldn't add a google account, only corporate accounts could be added, so full wipe ftw ;)

I heard that fix uid mismatches actually breaks some thing in cm 6 and that the market fc's don't happen on sapphire.

When I did "fix uid mismatches" after my phone booted up, It'd restart back to "t-mobile G1" & start boot up again. So I had to full wipe again & flash CM6 + google apps & still fc with market.

If you start typing into the search box you can prevent a fc but it still fc's after downloading an app. Or at least that's what happened with me.

Doing, Rom Manager -> Fix Permissions, then rebooting seems to have fixed things for me, can run market and install apps without any FC.

edit, spoke too soon apparently:

Fixed FC's with market, now android.soemthing.vending force closes after installing an app.

Installed Beautiful widgets without getting any FC, but the next app got one.

I have seemed to stop my phone from force closing. CM Settings > Performace >
Use Compcache [x]
Use Jit [x]
Enable Surface Dithering []
VM Heap = Default

This is working for me now with no issues on other apps... Of course clean install.. wipe everything. No fix permissions.

Edit: Negative... after about 3 install it crashed still...

You shouldn't fix permissions on cm 6 like I said before. The market fcs are just something we have to deal with untill someone fixes it, it is a test build after all.

Also android.something.vending is the market. Vending.apk is the acual name of the market app.

to put it bluntly: we will have to live with various problems on gapps until an official magic 2.2 dump where we can get real mdpi gapps.

I am also experiencing force closes on the market, and i assume it happens when the market installs the program.
once one app is installed, it crashes, and it halts all the ongoing downloads...
so i am doing one installation at a time....

btw, i had to factory wipe, otherwise, i couldnt use my google sync to anything in my phone....
after the wipe, google accounts worked fine, but market fc persist after any installation of app...

how's other ppl's market doing?

Also been having the same issues with FC.  It does appear to happen after each installation, as stated.  Using AppBrain to install apps, I've sometimes managed to queue up 4-5 app installations without any particular problem.  Other times, it happens almost immediately.  Only one app left to install though!

For reference, I did a wipe before installing CM6 and gApps.  Have not had any of the issues with sync so far.
