I might be getting the Droid 2 soon, but I heard the battery was worse than OG Droid's since D2 has BLUR. To counter this, I wanted to get a new battery for the D2 and planned on getting it BEFORE I got the D2, but if I DON'T get the D2, I'd use the battery for my OG Droid. Question is, can I?
I was looking at a BP7X Droid 2 battery at 1820 mah... everywhere I find it, it all says Droid 2, but I wanna know if that battery is compatible with the OG Droid in case I can just use it for my OG Droid.
Thanks. :)

EDIT: Another question...
Is CM7 (or at least 6.1.2 or lower...) compatible with D2? I can't find it on the devices page, but I heard somewhere that Cyanogen was either working on it or it's already somewhere out there? :o I don't want to not have CyanogenMOD. :(

No. D2 is not a supported device. You will need to check the Ports Subforum.
