Need a boot animation fixed for HTC Hero CDMA -320x480 screen!

Alright, the boot animation I -want- can be found here.
It is a decepticon boot animation that I think is pretty bad ass. I know how to switch out my boot animation without flashing so no need to make it flashable. I just need the image resized. :|

No need to resize the images, that is controlled by a text file.

-Unzip the animation.
-Inside should be a text file called desc.txt, open it.
-The first line controls display size and speed, change the first 2 numbers to fit your screen.
-Zip it up with no compression, should be set to 'Store'.

I did that with no success. It just showed me a black screen. :|

It's better but still slow and it looks like there are some flashes in it. :|

Looks like the original creator left Thumbs.db in it, I just removed them, that was the flashes.  Redownload.  As for the speed, it's set to 30 fps, so that is likely due to file size for you.
