I can assist in making the videos, With whoever has adobe cs5.  It can easily be a collaborative project with adobe, it's not like it has to be one person.
Another great alternative is to make tutorial videos using Adobe Captivate.  They can be briefer, summarized versions of full detailed videos.

The most important part is deciding how to produce the videos, and that's the hardest considering the massive amount of options.  We want to produce more than just a step by step walkthrough that only shows what to do.  Advice and warnings are a necessity. It would also be good to include comparisons in the videos: ie, when showing a "how to flash this rom" at the end compare it with a similar rom.

So far this is one of the better android videos i've seen

Fun and personable, but that also leans to looking unprofessional which CM vids can't be

I am able to contribute some video work, although I am a complete noob.  The most I can possibly offer besides well shot HD video (I am a broadcast journalist by trade), is how to update the rom image.  I have a few videos of my older works although most are very amateuris, but if you are interested I can pm you the link.

I am definetely interested in doing this.  I would be willing to work on whatever you guys want me to.  I already have a YouTube channel, so this wouldn't be something I don't have experience in.  If you want some samples, the username is OverAndroid and the channel name is Android Overload.  I'm Ben, not Roy.  You should be able to identify who's who in the description of each video.
I have access to a Droid, and I pretty much know everything about hacking it.  If needed, I can gain access to a G1 and learn all about that puppy too.

What's with the music in the background??

If you can do the same without background music and see why it's all squashed, then I'd like to see some CM examples?

Would love to make hungarian videos.

I have some knowledge in creating YouTube videos, and I have a Nexus. Also I think there isn't a single hungarian CM tutorial video at all...

I've done a few videos, some with CM7.  People say they're pretty helpful.

Hi, thanks for your examples.

Would you be willing to do the official CM ones? However there are a few things I'd say about your videos

1) Lose the music intro.
2) Can you do the video with the phone flat on a surface? It's very shaky when it's in your hand and trying to record with the other hand?

I'm trying to keep all the videos uniform so they all look the same.

What do you think?
