Hi all i have experienced the same issue trying to go back from CM7 to RUU_Vivo_BellMobility_WWE_1.37.666.3_Radio_Radio_20.23.30.0802U_38.02.01.17_M_release_174461_signed
as i am with virgin which belongs to bell and since installed to my htc incredible s just keeps rebooting even trying the recovery in hboot s-off still keeps rebooting. anybody got any ideas? to my basic understanding i cannot modify anything on the sd as does not appear in the disks list on my pc even in fastboot usb mode.
anybody got some ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

sorry for the re-post but i finally fixed my issue trying this ruu RUU_Vivo_Gingerbread_S_Sasktel_Canada_WWE_2.33.669.2_Radio_20.2810.30.085AU_3805.06.03.16_M_release_203211_signed
even though i'm with virgin mobile canada(bell) it worked Yay!!!! remeber to all htc incredible s s-off thanks
