While build bot has not been working; and the overall development of CM has moved on to gingerbread; There still are some updates to the kernel.
So I present exp20110109 kernel:
This is a CM nightly kernel built from commit 6ae90aa0bc77bc9204866e7cb8792c16737ed45c
With the following patch set: 20110109-patches.tar.gz (see 'git help am' to apply from the checkout of the commit)
Major Changes:
> CM Code is now updated to linux version 2.6.35.10
> Built with the new "gcc version 4.4.3 (GCC)" toolchain that came with gingerbread
Tested with CM6.1 nightly 285, my gingerbread build and my MT3G froyo ota port. (Other roms will likely also work)
Just flash the correct flavor over your rom:
EBI0 - Older radios and MT3G1.2/fender
ez-exp20110109-cm-ebi0port_S.zip
MD5: a7ed9ce2a438f0a37040abee0558df7d
EBI1 - 3.22.* radios (usually rogers dream/Magic 32a without audio jack)

MD5: 644820fddeb4d8a055f1840778dd4a0e
2708+ - 32b devices with 1.33.0013/1.33.0013d SPL and 2.22.27.08 OR newer radio

If it helps ...this kernel works just fine. no green tint and 3.5 audio jack works too.

If I know which video driver I was supposed to be looking at it may give me a theory.. If I had a phone with the problem I may be able to try an figure it out. A dmesg output just after boot with the green screen may help (pastebin please) but I can't promise anything.

I flashed the EBI0 kernel on my MyTouch 1.2 with 6.1 final and the green tint came back.

2) no it didn't particularly without a dmesg output posted to pastbin
(there is a +1 functionality for "me toos" what I need is information .. and the realization that it didn't come back it would have needed to have been fixed in the first place to return, with a method other than installing an alternative kernel)
Also to all.. I call these CM kernels for a reason. they are frequently unmodified just re-built for the new radio (or in this case all radios and a small compatibility patch, not to say if I can find a fix to green tint that I won't apply it.. just to say I'm not the primary person deciding what is or is not in the kernel)

edit2: I got paranoid & looked up the original thread with the flashables just to check, it is the same URL
