As of the 07/17/10 nightly, MetaMorph has been broken.

.....

EDIT: Also, not sure if this is relevant or not, but MetaMorph doesn't do its startup checks anymore. And also, I've tried clearing its data/cache from Manage Applications. No luck.

Metamorph works great for me (07/18/10 nightly), even with framework-res.apk, and I can apply several morphs at the same time.

After the update of Metamorph this morning my Desire Black Bar is now working fine. I'm still on the nightly 07172010. The bug came from Metamorph :)

Don't forget to check MENU -> CyangenMod settings for new stuff. It now has status bar color, signal strength display, and more...

One thing I would like to see there is a way to disable battery all together. I use BatteryIndicator app, so that system battery just takes up space.

I was thinking of maybe trying out one of the nightly builds just to see how stable RC1 is getting. I currently Have CM6 RC1 so my question is, Do you guys usually do a full wipe before flashing nightly builds or do you guys just flash on top of the RC1?

You will be amazed how solid the latest nightly is. Just flash over your RC1.

I personally think team ****** actually wanna make this cm6 release an epic!

I turned off the JIT in the Cyanogen Mod settings and can't seem to get it to turn back on. Any tips?

I would really like to see a setting that changes the minimum brightness of the "Auto Brightness". I suffer from the "red screen" problem, but it only affects brightness levels below 10% or so. (15% is where the red tint goes away completely)If I could change the minimum level that the auto brightness will use, then I can avoid the red tint without much impact on battery.

I have flash a nightly on top of RC without a full wipe. And now I flash nightlies every day without wiping either.

Just make sure to do a nandroid backup and also wipe cache and dalvik-cache. That's all.

Well, without getting too technical, it's stuff that system and/or apps store to speed itself up, but when you re-write the system and leave old caches, it might cause problems.

Can anyone give a better explanation? :)

Funny I have never wipe that on every mini releases and I am good. I only did a full wipe coming from cm5 to cm6 alpha sometime back.
