When switching to camera or any app that uses camera I sometimes see mouse pointer :-/

Am I hallucinating or what? :D

Yeah, I've noticed that mouse pointer a couple of times too in different places. Is N1 going to get BlueTooth HID support? That would totally rock my socks off. :-D

The last couple of builds have been running super-smoothly for me. It usually takes a reboot or two, but it gets nice and smooth after that.

cm6 has BT HID support for mouse + keyboard as of rc1. The rogue pointer is indeed a side-effect of this and is a known glitch. Shortly after RC1 a patch was put in to make it disappear on any touch event so if it stays up longer than just the camera-is-loading-blackscreen just touch the screen to make it go away.

I finally called T-mobile after having days of 300-600kb/sec and they said there was something wrong with my IHLR settings. They reset it and now I get over 3mb/sec now again.

Is there something in cyanogen that screws with IHLR settings or does anyone know what that means? I'm scared to flash new roms now if its going to jack up my speeds.

I've been flashing nightlies as they come out.

I flash the new daily, daily. I am getting 2.7mb/s. I don't think I've ever got 3mb/s+. :(

Suggestion: The power widget should toggle 3g, not data. I would have a million uses for a 3g toggle (work, school, idle periods, etc), however, I'm struggling to think of one use for the data toggle (perhaps if super low on battery?). Perhaps we can have an option of what it toggles (data or 3g).

Whatever the case, awesome work none-the-less. Duh. :)

Anyone else having troubles with location/gps? I am getting a lat/long as can be seen in GPS Status app, but many applications will not find me, i.e. GMaps, Check-In Services(foursquare, gowalla, etc), the browser, or the weather widget. Not exactly sure what the deal is. See attached if that helps. Its like the data isn't getting passed to these applications.

And yes, I wiped dalvik, data, etc before installing, and I installed the gapps and have absolutely no other problems.

Hey

What are these IHLR settings you speak of. I am suffering similar situations with the speed. Is there a way I can edit these settings myself (to get them to the proper values) or must I call T-Mobile to have this done for me?

If I can do it myself, do you happen to know the correct settings for T-Mobile USA that solved your problem?

Nightly 7/22 with the data control in power widget. Appears to break data connection after long sleep.

All those problems I think are related to the trackball alert patch. That patch it's supposed to be for CM6 RC1, nightlies are not supported. With the patch you basically replace the stock CM framework.jar with the one patched for TA. So you came up with a nightly with a RC1 framework.jar and from RC1 the framework has changed a lot so it's absolutely normal for you to have many bugs and FC's.
In that case I will stick with the rc. I love me some Trackball alerts.

I didn't do anything?

Are you talking about the track ball flashing when you get alerts? I even changed the color of mms to light blue so it is different than my k9 mail alert.

Everything works great with the latest nightly as of 1:45 PM EST. Just checked, finds my location quickly.

However, I do a daily upgrade without wiping from RC1, so that may be something....

...only "phone storage low"-bug not fixed yet.

try clearing your browser cache. i've had that fix it every time i've had that warning. i tried clearing caches and moving apps around but for some reason it was always the browser cache. it would be nice to have an optiong to cache to the sd card instead of the phone.

It is in the mms app.
