Just done a complete wipe / reflash.

Taken a few snaps as above and no FC, no dook dook sound either.

Strange though, some of my settings were still in place though, the work wireless settings, wallpaper and some icon placements.

Any ideas as to why the full wipe would leave those in place while blitzing the rest?

Those, along with market apps, are all backed up to the Google overlords, as part of the Google Backup option.

What's new on the latest radio in dl's, any reason to get it at this time?

Not really, some people claim better 3g, others say worse; I say theres no tangible difference between 5.08 and 4.06 radios.

So ymmv :)

Just flashed it. havent gotten a chance to test 3g or hsdpa+ yet (i have unsheilded wiring in my house so i'm stuck with edge while at home) but wifi just went through the roof! from around 4mbps down/ 1.5mbps up before to 11mbps down / 6.5mbps up!!

will add 3g/H scores tomorrow and report back.

[EDIT]

tried changing the server from Lynnwood, to Seattle and got 17.01 up and 8.5 down!! I'm quite honestly shocked.

Cheers, I kind of suspected that, strange how it never remembers my home wifi settings though, but it does my work ones :-/ which is a pain as the APN details are not quite right for Vodafone UK.

No biggy though.

I am having an issue when my Nexus one is in the car dock and I am connected to my BT headset on a call and another call comes in. It disconnects the BT and I can't talk unless I pull it out of the dock. I think this is more of a Car dock issue as it really buggy when I put it in there. touchscreen is off unless I turn off the screen and turn it on again.

Spongebobnopants

I find I have to press Bluetooth while the call is on... it disables it. Then press again and it comes back.

But yes I have same issue.

Alright, here we go again. Been stuck on a nightly, just right before final release and been content. Also running JD's Samsung theme, but I couldn't hold out any longer.

Back to the nightly!!!!! 6 Days, thats a new record for me.

UPDATE!!

wow, this latest nightly is FAST! So far everything works and its all pretty snappy.

Speed Test... previous - 6-7Mbps... and now i'm getting 13Mbps

Linpack is about the same, steady holding in the 38's

Quadrant is at 1592

I'm still using JupiterDroids Samsung theme.. its an old version, but still works, at least nothing i've noticed yet. There is a question mark in the battery, but i like that.. looks cool and my wifi icon doesn't come up but works.
