Can't anyone help me to fix this issue???

The Recovery Mode is only working when i've done a Master Reset. I must always do a Master Reset when i would like boot to the Recovery Mode. I've tested today the SUT LR, but there is always the same problem.

There must be an answer to solve this, and i hope there is a Pro that can help me.
