Now a custom ROM ( http://www.xda-devel...m-for-galaxy-r/ ) is also available and AOSP is also being worked upon, if cyanogen doesnt want to work on it yet, maybe we all should help them and then maybe cyanogen will also show interest.

Your donated money will be used by the CM dev Tanguy(CM forum) a.k.a Epsylon3(XDA) to buy a Galaxy R i9103 handset. He'll directly receive the money you donate as he made the pledgie link given above himself.

As soon as he gets the handset he'll start the work on porting Cyanogen MOD ROM for Galaxy R / Z GT -I9103.

I am posting here just for informing you guys & if you want to ask anything you can directly ask Epsylon3(XDA).

We have reached our goal ! Epsylon3 has received the device & has started working on it, Thankyou to everyone who donated for this. :D

Adam77Root has also developed CWM 6 recovery for Galaxy R with touch support which has just been released for Galaxy Nexus last time I checked.

I would request all Galaxy R / Z i9103 owners to join XDA community & if possible help in testing the Cyanogen ROM & start giving feedback by reporting bugs in the thread that will be started once it has been released.

This is till we get our own section here at Cyanogen MOD forums. ;)
