I made one for my fiancee that sounded like the air raid siren from Silent Hill, but quickly learned that it's a bad idea because it scared people, especially since we specifically shop for phones with loud ringers. Sirens are probably only good for use as the alarm clock, since they will startle you awake quickly, and you're likely to be the only one in the room to be startled when they go off.
