my aria currently has no service, but I keep it for wifi and 911 use.
so starting from 7.1, I started getting crashes from com.android.phone. turned on airplane mode, turned wifi back on. no crashes, no big deal.
tried to emergency dial 911 the other night. no carrier icon came up, com.android.phone crashed.
I'm sure I'm not the only one in this position, and it's a pretty serious problem in that situation.
