Installation issue CM7

Running 1.2 and NI Adam rev5

Have tried several times to install CM7.  I believe I followed the installation directions exactly.  I get the following error:

assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == "harmony" II getprop("ro.build.product") == "harmony" II getprop(ro.product.board") == "harmony
E:Error in /sdcard/ROM/update-cm-7.0.3-Harmony-signed.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted

Please help!

Ok, I've only had my gTab for about a week, but it is my third CM device.

I'm pretty sure that CM7 needs BL1.1.  I've read something about using nvflash to switch between 1.1 and 1.2.  Haven't tried it yet though.
