Anyone else have issues with the proximity sensor with Rokson's latest update (post 1591)? I've restored and rebooted, recalibrated, nothing seems to work. Screen remains dark until the other person ends the call.
I had issues with the sensor too but calibration fixed it.

Sorry I didn't know how it works, I assumed it uses the camera.

Yes, i had this issue too, but this bug has been squished: http://review.cyanog...m/#change,13045

So here is the coolest nightly for the sharpest Blade up to date: http://www.mediafire...4j7167hz1i04jwo

The rarest date in the calendar (29. february) shows up in Phone Info thanks to this patch: http://review.cyanog...m/#change,13068
Thanks. Works fine now.

How come this nightly (Above) is not available on the mirror network for download.... is it an official cm7 rom???   and does it really fix the Proximity sensor problem?
Thanks

I would not call it official.
It all started at 25. january (look at post #1553 in this thread) - there was long period with no fresh build for our beloved blades, so liquidraver compiled it and made it available for download at mediafire.
That version had a funy glitch in screen rotation; when this issue was reported to be fixed, I compiled the whole thing by myself and put it on mediafire.
I repeat that whenever some commit (or patch set that looks usable for me) is reported at http://review.cyanogenmod.com .
In fact, at this very moment today's build is running (not designated nightly but 7.2.0-RC1 as per http://review.cyanog...3244,patchset=1)
In couple of hours when it compiles and i verify it on my trusted blade I will post it.

Here is the latest's nightly: http://www.mediafire...6j462v7yrkokah9
md5sum: a06ef76b4e29a3208896ca2d7fd6e42a

It is built using CYANOGEN_NIGHTLY flag;
the RC1 flag which I mentioned in my previous post is part of gb-release-7.2 branch, not gingerbread.

Changelog: http://cm-7-nightlie...m/?device=blade (including "T9 Dialer: View contact on long press on T9 results" entry)

Hi, I'm new on this forum.
I've flashed this ROM:
update-cm-7-20120226-NIGHTLY-blade-signed.zip

And when I turn off Data access over mobile network I cannot turn it on again. It's marked On, but the "E" with arrows doesn't appear and connetction doesn't work.
Sorry, if my question is dumb :)

This question is anything but dumb.
When this happens to me, I check and then after few seconds uncheck the "Use only 2G networks" option.
The "E" then magically appears.

Thank you very much! It helped! :)
But it not always works. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
I've tried several ROMs. The problem stays on all of them :(

You can also try putting the phone in Airplane mode (disable connections) for a few seconds. I had this problem with an older ROM (flibblesan), but on CM it always works.

Thanks again! It seems that my cellular operator has problems! I tried different sim-card and all worked fine (though ate all my money :) ).
But I couldn't connect with the first card using my Nokia N-Gage (yeah, I have one :) ). So, I think this is network problem, not the phone or ROM.
Anyway, your info is very useful!

The bluetooth/wlan coexistence inability still persists for me with this nightly.... Should it be fixed?

Updated to latest nightly: update-cm-7-20120308-NIGHTLY-blade-signed.zip and seems that there should be an update for GAPPS. The problem is that CM7 GAPPs are outdated - http://wiki.cyanogen...ion/Google_Apps. Now can't revert back to previous nightly (the file is no more available - http://download.cyan...lade-signed.zip). Reverting back to 257 :(

If you sync to your google account you are asked what apps you want to download. Tick the ones you want and accept each one in turn
