Stock i had the app, And i used it, I pay for the service, Is there any apps out there or a way to install the original apk for the one that came with the x? Anyway?

Try Barnacle WiFi Tether.  As for the original app, I can't remember if it's part of blur or not, but if it is it won't work (this is a blur-less rom)

I'd suggest not paying for the tethering service since that's a ridiculous thing to pay for. Use either the barnacle wifi tether app suggested, or one of the others. I use Open Garden Wifi Tether.

I've been using barnacle the last few days and it's working great for me. 3g on a laptop works much faster than I thought it would.
