I installed CM7 on my Droid X and I love it. The problem I was having was the GPS. At first It wouldn't get a gps at all. Then I foulnd a GPS "fix". I installed the fix and it seemed to work. Then I noticed that it wasn't working all the time. Sometimes it can get a gps fix and sometimes it can't. I ignored it for a few months and just when on enjoying everything else about CM7. Lately the GPS thing has been bothering me a little to much so I sbf'd back to froyo and did the over the air update to Gingerbread thinking that would fix the problem. It didn't.
Did the "GPS fix" I flashed do something to the GPS that affects it outside of CM7?
How do I fix it?
Is there a fix that will work if I go back to CM7?
