Do you have a rooted phone? If so, download Rom Manager from the Market, and install the ROM from there.

It didn't showed me either so I directly went to the device manager , there you will find S1 fastboot ,right click it , then update driver .. select manually search on the computer from there select x86 or x64(in the driver folder you have downloaded from the link I provided) as per your system configuration then it will prompt its harmful n all .. ignore it .. and then your good to go :)
hope it helps ;)

Hi, I already tried your instructions. My problem is I can't boot to clockwork mod even though I'm in 4.0.A.2.368 firmware, rooted and bootloader unlocked. I even flashed my rom.
Thanks

First extract the update.zip which is the official release of the cyanogen. you will find a boot.img copy that to your fastboot folder .
Now follow the same procedure as you did for flashing it the first time. once done copy the update.zip to your sdcard directory , then remover the usb and power it on .
YOU WILL SEE XDA DEVELOPERS LOGO !!! on that screen keep pressing the volume down key .. then follow the steps. ;)

try uninstalling it . then again installing it . cz IF U DONT EXPERIENCE CYANOGEN U WILL REGRET ;)
and if this aint helping try going under warranty and replace it for some silly reason you might get a new piece which allows unlocking boot ;)

I retried flashing Sir, I really don't know where I went wrong. I am seeing the XDA Developer Logo(freexperia). But I can't go into clockworkmod. I tried holding up and down, even pressed them simultaneously. Please help.
Thanks

when freexperia shows your need to press vol down a few times, then you come to recovery with cm recovery
