I want to update CM 7.0.3 to 7.1.0.1 with all my current data and settings

0) I made backup of my CM 7.0.3 with nandroid recovery
1) I made wipe
2) install 7.1.0.1
3) what now ??

In Nandroid recovery - Restore only "data" ??
or shall I restore something else too??

I think you need not do wipe. Just take nandroid backup to be safer side and then flash 7.1.0.1 over 7.0.3. All your apps, settings and data should be intact.

OK, thanks, but i did wipe :-(

So what to restore ? Only "data" or "cache" too ?
I dont know which part of backup is neccessary... pls help

I have restored only data and system seems to be OK with all my apps and settings... is that OK ?

Yes it should be fine to restore data only, cache has in some cases given some problems when not beeing cleared during upgrade.
