The source is out and so are all the proprietaries. The only thing I know of that is missing is a copy of the preferred radio. I have built ICS from source and have it running on my 4G right now. Its a pure source build from AOSP. I added the gapps and the only thing I am missing is gmail but I think that is because of my build.prop I just got started learning how to do it all but look forward to CM puts out.
