I'm currently on build #236 and all builds from the release of 7.1 I've had the issue where bluetooth will not initiate, when either selected from the wireless config screen or if selected from the notification drop down menu.
Is there anyone else have noticed this problem?

No, bluetooth is working fine for me on all nightlies to date (currently on 244).

I've finally sorted out the issue of bluetooth not working as I was expecting, turns out that I had essentially USB bricked the phone prior to flashing CM7.1
I'd restored the sdcard mount issue, but not followed the second half of the process correctly that erases the configuration. So no issues with CM7.1 (Nightlies) and my sanity is restored! Solved by issuing these commands from fastboot
fastboot oem enableqxdm
fastboot oem eraseconfig
I'd neglected to issue the second command :/
