I have a problem using the k-9 mail app. Often when I go from wifi to gsm (or the other way), the k-9 loses connection and can not connect to my imap server anymore... I sometimes can fix it by killing k-9 but most often I need to reboot..
I guess this is a bug in k-9 but just wondered if there is some way I can fix this, when it happends, so I don't need to reboot my phone?
Regards,
BTJ

I've noticed this happening with me recently, too. I don't know if it's a change in K-9 or if cyanogen is causing issues somehow.
In any case, I usually go into a task manager of some sort (I happen to use SystemPanel) and kill whatever K-9 process I can find running and restart it. I think K-9 is keeping connections alive now (via an IMAP IDLE command, I guess) and when the phone switches from one network to another, K-9's connection gets lost - and it can't seem to figure out that the connection needs to be recreated.
