video playback issue

Hello!
I've got problems with video playback with every video player. Phone just simply reboots after 5 minutes of video watching. Sound stutters and the buttons do not react. The phone automatically reboots after a few seconds.
Problem happens with avi mpeg and mkv files with all available market player, in both software and hardware mode. The issue was the same with the stable and b177 relase. What should I do?
