The Glacier phone that I use everyday is (never/eventually) going to receive an OS above 7.x.

There are some pretty stable ics roms for our phone so I'm just really lost as to why I haven't seen anything on here yet.
I am running 4.0.4 via an xda rom and it is the most battery efficient and stable rom I have ever used. Nothing is broken.
