The V9+ is different to the V9,
maybe try and find a V9+ forum...

Help with this question. Can I make CyanogenMod for zte v 9 + and is it possible to put CyanogenMod zte v 9 +?

Hi,
I'm unable to install CyanogenMod on my rooted ZTE V9. I'm using Rom Manager and tried to reboot into ClockWorkMod recovery. It boots into Android system recovery (3e), I scroll down to wipe data/factory, but I cannot select it as the power button does nothing, only the up/down volume buttons work.
Please help.

As I know, ZTE Light V9+, or also named ZTE Light Tab 2, or simply ZTE V9+ is the next generation of V9 devices. And it's not compatible even with V9C. Please check the device spec:
