so many ICS 4.0.4 mods for Desire S and still no stable CM9 mod
soon ICS 4.1 comes out and CM10 will begin and no CM9 mod yet
very disappointing

Tha Alpha of CM9 is working very well for me. I choosed the build from nexx.
It is still in Alpha mode, too dangerous to install
i am waiting for at least RC build
i saw there is also a CM10 Alpha build, but still it is for people who love exploring new kernels and report bugs
i want a stable software for everyday work

Does anyone know why these "alpha" builds are only found on xda in their forums and not on get.cm (cyanogenmod website)?
Is it because it is not cyanogenmod guys who's behind the builds or simply because it's too early to start making nightlies (i.e. one developer compiling cm9 for desire s while bored in class does not necessary warrant to put it on the build farm)?
Or is it because there currently are noone, who is considered to be a cm developer, who develops cm9 for desire s and obviously the cm website is only for publishing stuff from the cm crew. (Persons posting cm builds on xda could (if they are not already) obviously join the cm team, but maybe haven't done so yet)?
Best regards
