I just wanted to make a comment on the Atrix fingerprint reader in CM7.  It is amazingly well designed -- I've found that CM7 has a more reliable fingerprint reader than the stock builds!

hi,

quick question - which version of CM7 are you using which has the fingerprint reader enabled?

The Atrix team hasn't merged the fingerprint reader into the nightly builds yet, so you have to get one of their specialized weekly builds from the Atrix Development Team's Web site.

They do warn that this software is still beta.  However, I've found the development team's software builds to be more reliable than some companies' production software.  I'm using the build from 10 December.

[edit: ignore - just saw this http://forum.cyanoge...atrix-dev-team/ ]

can you please tell me what is the difference between the nightly builds and the atrix dev team releases? are they different teams that work on it?

which one would tend to be more stable or have more features?
