I use Glitch - from my investigations it seems to be the most full featured CM Kernel and has proper BLN support...
Of course Cyanogenmod has a BLN type LED notification system inbuilt if you haven't bought the BLN Control App, bgive that a go first.

It's proven that BLN doesn't work well in Glitch kernel (v13). This is why Glitch will return to CM LED notification in next version (v14) which is in development.

So the answer is that there's no CM kernel with working BLN implementation (caused by BLN huck being buggy itself).
