Hello,
Currently I have original stock kernel en stock rom .58 installed.
If I flash the boot.img from update-cm-7.1.0.2-XperiaMiniPro-SK17i-signed.zip to my phone, will the stock rom .58 still work?
I ask this because I want to proceed in 2 steps: first flash the kernel and boot my phone with stock rom to see if new kernel works.
Then backup my stock rom with CWM. Only then install CM7102 ROM.
Is this possible?
Also my phone is allready rooted. This won't be an issue when flashing the new kernel?
Thanks in advance.
Gr,
K.

@aksh_ad14: It seems I have to prove you wrong once again.
@kvveltho: It seems that the stock kernel and the CM kernel are completely incompatibles. After flashing the CM kernel, the stock rom won't even boot so you basically have the choice to flash back the stock kernel and keep using the stock rom or to flash the whole CM and only use that, though I wouldn't recommend trying the CM versions available on this site since they don't seem to work at all.
