I just got a new phone B),  so my D1 is useless  , so I thought. Then I found CyanogenMod . I finally figured out everything on how to root :D , and load it, everything went great. I even got the Google apps installed first try (I checked the box  :) ) and all is well.

At first boot the phone wanted to do it's thing, failed so it asked to turn on wifi. I did this, it did it's thing and asked me to configure the Google account for it. I did that all is well. Then some popup happens that says that this app will only ever run once and that i can click cancel to run it later. So I did that, I clicked cancel. Since then I have rebooted many time and tried finding said elusive app to run it again, but can't find it.

So my question is, WTF is this   app?

That is the app to "automatically" put your Google apps (Gmail/Gtalk/YouTube/maps and other normally "pre-installed apps) back on the phone. Not really needed.

Stop worrying and enjoy!
