I like to use Handcent for my texting because I can change the LED's to be different colors for different people and different vibrate patterns and what not. I am having an issue with the LED not turning on when I get texts and was wondering if this was a common issue or if this issue had even been addressed? Thanks guys, I'm so glad to get rid of MotoBlur and be using CM now!

Mine works just fine.  I would suggest either running the latest nightly that came out or removing handcent completely and re-installing it.

I tried re-installing Handcent, but that didn't work. The version of CM that I'm using is cm_shadow_full154. Is this the nightly that you are using? I can try to re-flash the ROM, I just don't want to have to reinstall everything again just for that. Thanks again

I have just installed cyanogenmod 7.1.0, and the LED was working the first 2 days, now i can't get it to work in Handcent.
