The offical rom of Galaxy Nexus is not good at all. It can't support some apps like Playerpro. Alos the colour still tints yellow. Will canogen mod support Galaxy Nexus? I don't want to bear the offical rom anymore. <_<

While I don't believe official support has been announced yet, the CM team has supported every previous iteration of Nexus devices, so it is a good bet that it will be supported.

You might want to wait a while for apps to catch up to ICS, I wouldn't be very surprised if there are some apps that don't work right now, but will work sooner or later.

Good deal. I can't imagine the Galaxy Nexus not getting CM9 support since every Nexus has gotten CM. I'm eagerly looking forward to it. One of the reasons I wanted a Nexus is because of CM. It never came to my Charge.

I recall samsung sending the CyanogenMod team a couple units to test...and with Cyanogen himself with Samsung now...you can bet it will be...and it will be glorious.

i was wondering if we could get an update on the progress. i know not to ask for ETAs, and i am not. i have looked on this forum, blog, twitter, the latest official statement seems to be the blog post from december 2nd, which is almost 8 weeks old. so any word, progress still ongoing or did the work completely stop? seems an awful lot of time that has passed since the nexus is officially out, or does it only feel like that?

Take a look at xda developers forum for unofficial builds.

Judging from past experience, any enquiry on eta, progress update, etc, would not accelerate the project. Think your boss asking for pipeline update ;)

yeah most of the builds suck since every "dev" thinks he needs to "improve" something... also if my boss asks i will answer, that being the downside of getting paid for something.

So you would like a build with no pulls from gerrit is what you are saying?
