having problems installing RC2 + fixes, i was using Marvel , I did a full wipe and when it was installing it gave me an error, why?

Explain your issue, a screenshot or something to work.

It gave me and error. It unpack the files and then abort the instalation. I flash directly form the CWM not from Rom Manager. I am using the touch screen CWM 5.8.1.3. Let see when can i try it agau an if i can copy the error and let you know.

I flashed back to Marvel without problems


The problem could be the CWM????

Try to install cwm 5.0.0.7 and flash it again and try again.

Ok I install CWM 5.0.0.7 an flash it, perfect, but after 5 minutes of using when i was updating Rom Manager from play store it freeze, had to took out the battery. In my opinion this ROM is pretty shitty, i will use for a few hours , but definitely going back to Marvel.
Also it gave me error loading the google search widget. It need a lot of work to reach the stable version. Not using it anymore until it release an stable one cuz every time i flash it it has sames and new bugs and errors for me.

Another thing why cyanogen dont add the "super user" and "rom manager" updated. Every time you flash you have to update both apps an flash the CWM. And make the Rom Compatible for the CWM Touch cuz flashing back to version 5.0.0.7 to flash cyanogenmod is absurd when there is a latest version of CWM

I think you miss understand All I write is about cyanogenmod not Marvel. Marvel is really really stable. I don`t understand you.

lol my fault, CM doesnt add SU and ROMm update cuz you can do it manually, there's not much difference between them.

What version of CWM are you using? You should only use CWM 5.0.07 if you will use cm7

Right now I`m using RC2 plus fixes, cyanogenmod had correct some bugs but i`m going back to marvel. I had to downgrade the CWM to 5.0.0.7 to flash CM but going back to CWM Touch and Marvel v9. When CM get a stable version or get ICS beta cuz i saw a version but still in alpha, maybe i will came back. I don`t like to much the framework, neither the sms app is to basic. I use CM long time ago with a T-Mobile G1 and it looks the same for the OB. CM don`t evolve the view of the Rom they just make their roms compatible with all the devices.

I saw just a lil more battery consume, not smoothness then with others nighlties. IMO
