The Motorola FIre XT has the Qualcomm "MSM7227T-1" running at 800 MHz with the Adreno 200 GPU , has 5 MP cam , with 0.3 Front Cam, 3.5 Inch screen with 162ppi ..!! And all of that for under 250$ ( ~Rs.13,000) . It is an amazing phone with amazing specs but has crappy Moto switch UI , It has been Upgraded to  Android 2.3.5.

This phone is seriously in need of some Cyanogen Love !!!  With Cyanogen Mod and maybe a custome kernel this phone will surely do wonders !! I really hope we can get CM9 or atleast CM7 for this phone !!

Please everyone who wants Cyanogen Mod for this Phone Pls Vote !! And leave a comment here begging for some developer too pick up this phone and actually show its true potential .!

Please we need a Cyanogem Mod for this phone, because the moto switch ui is a crappy.

Yes please, a CM7 (at least) firmware will be welcome.
This device has about 200Mb in a 'dev' partition that is completely unused. What is this space for? Can it be repartitioned to increase the application storage?

It's very very necessary one CM9 (CM7 atleast) firmware for these phones!!!!! please if any one make it I'm sure that more of 1000 will be gratefully whit that one....

It's essential a ROM for this phone. I can't understand how Motorola have released a smartphone so limited.

My brother has this phone, nice hardware specs for the price. Very poor standard ROM, especially due to the limitation of the partitions with let no chances to applications on the device. Would be great to have a custom ROM for it.
The hardware specs is very close to the Galaxy ACE and GIO, so I don't think it would be much different from these ROMs. (http://galaxyics.com/)

Without alternative rom this mobile useless.
Is there any chance that anyone prepare cyanogenmod for this device?
