Hello,

After quite a few infuriating trips fumbling with the GPS (since updating to carrier gingerbread), I decided to go through the root process (as I read this was necessary for the XDA GPS fix).

Though since I went through all that effort to root, I figured I might as well upgrade to CM-and did so.  The information on the net is a bit cluttered, though I believe I remembered reading that you cannot even use the fix on non carrier Roms.

Basically what I'm asking is does CM 7.2 fix the GPS issues? and if not, can I just go ahead with the XDA GDS Zip fix?

Thanks!
