Hey,
This is a feature that I used to have on (jailbroken) iPhone and *loved*, but have not been able to find for Android.
Just a hard button shortcut somewhere for play/pause. Could be double press of the sleep button, or home and power together etc. I know there is currently "Volume Button Music Controls", and this is a very handy feature, but (as far as I can see) there is no way to do the same for play/pause. I know you can unplug headphones, but then you have to plug them in again and go to the screen to start the media again.
May seem like a small thing, but I *loved* it on iPhone (I used the app "Activator" from Cydia), meant I could play and pause music easily while y phone was still in my pocket.
If there's another way to do this, or I've posted this in the wrong spot, my apologies.
thanks - thread

At least on my CM7, there is a option to use the camera button to do what you want.

I don't have a camera button on my phone (HTC Desire), perhaps that is why it's not an option. Anyone else?
