Including cyttsp_fwloader in the xperia mini rom

Some st15i models have a problem with the back and menu buttons, when the phone gets warm, the buttons "think" that the phone user pressed them.

Fortunately the problem is solved, the solution can be seen on the thread above, but the solution requires the use of cyttsp_fwloader which is included in SE stock ROM, but its not included in Cyanogenmod. Is there any chance to include this in Cyanogenmod? Should I report a bug?

It can be copied from the SE stock rom to /system/bin in Cyanogenmod so it should be easy to get it included into cyanogenmod if there isn't any copyright problem. Are there any CM developers on this forum who can do this?
