My wife uses a Huawei S7 slim. Not very cheap, but a very good tablet. Okay, it is chinese, but not a B brand, well built hardware and its android customization is focuses on tablet features. I highly recommend it.

ZTE v9 runs on Froyo, but is easily upgradable to CM7. I am using it right now.
