I'm planning on rooting my LG Optimus S (LS670), but truthfully I know very little about the topic. I'm planning on using http://www.androidau...-s-ls670-44246/ as a guide, but wanted to know if there are any other resources/guides I should consider before getting started.

I'm also interested in gettting cyanogen installed on my phone and am curious as to the best way to approach it.

Any advice/links/resources would be appreciated.

Hello,

About a few days ago, i created this guide HERE for the full tutorial for LG Optimus One (Your device is the same except for being sold by Sprint in your area)
All the methods must be same but please don't try to flash any GSM roms like that of Optimus-One's as yours is CDMA.
