I rooted a Sensation 4G ad installed CM7 Alpha 10 a while back. I wanted to try out the official ICS release that's being pushed out currently, but I'm not sure that I'm doing it correctly.

Here's what I've done:
  • Backed up CM7 Alpha 10 using CWM Recovery.
  • Used RUU exe file to 'downgrade' to Stock Gingerbread
  • Used revolutionary to re-s-off and install CWM
  • Used CMW to run the pyramid update to ICS 4.0.3 that was captured from the "Nordic" rollout recently.

This update failed.

Am I missing something?

Thanks

"Failed"???  That verb covers a multitude of possibilities.  Need more data.
