Is there a way to know on what version of Android a nightly release is based on without downloading it? As exemple, the latest release is called "cm-9-20120726", but that doesn't tell if it's based on 4.0 or 4.1. So, is there a way?

the filename tells you.  cm-9-20120726 is cm9 which by definition is 4.0/ICS.  cm10 is 4.1/jellybean.  no offical nightlies for cm10 yet.

I don't think any CM version has ever included tmo wifi calling.  Have to use apps like groove ip.

TMO Wifi calling works for me on CM9. No VoIP app is needed.

Can someone apply this bugfix? I don't know how to.

It involves modifying power_tuna.c or power.tuna.so located in system/lib/hw/power.tuna.so

This fixes:
When turning off screen cpu freq max is reset. Also all governor settings don't seem to apply properly. This should fix that.

Another way to fix it is like this I think :
https://github.com/A...091e851ef7a5c76

But the governor reset needs to be removed as well

I'm having the same issue. USB debugging enabled but it doesn't ever activate, no matter what computer I try it on. Can't adb anything, even recovery mode.

I /really/ hope I don't need to wipe ):

Try the installing pda.net. It solved me a lot of driver problems in the past.
